need help changing storage subscription from 6 GB to unlimited

Hi. I need to increase my storage but when I try to upgrade to the unlimited subscription, I get a confusing message.

I currently have a 6 GB subscription, expiring Aug 1, 2025. But the message when I try to upgrade to unlimited says the subscription will expire at the end of May 28, 2025 - so either way I would not have a year of either 6 GB or unlimited storage.

# Questions:
- Why does the system say my subscription will expire in May 2025 if I upgrade to unlimited?
- Can I be charged a pro-rated rate for unlimited storage thru the end of my old subscription (for 6 GB)?
- How much will I need to pay for the unlimited storage to upgrade as soon as possible and how long will my subscription be?

# Here's the message on the manage subscription page:

"Change storage plan to Unlimited storage
Your current expiration date is August 1, 2025.
The time left on your current subscription will be applied to your new subscription. Your new expiration date will be May 28, 2025.
A charge will not be made to your account until your new expiration date."
