My account has apparently reached the max storage limit with only 173 items. I have a friend who has twice this amount also on a free account but has not gotten any error message or maxed out the storage space on her account. Is there something that went wrong with mine?

    You have a 100 MB PDF, a 25 MB PDF, and a 13 MB PDF. That leaves 162 MB for 127 other files, which averages out to 1.3 MB per file, a totally reasonable average size for a PDF.

    You can paste P3ANWMEM into the Zotero search bar in All Fields & Tags mode in the library root to see the 100 MB file.
