Upgrade Storagecannot move collections via drag and drop
On zot 6.0.36 I found I could not drag and drop a collection.
>> I created a new collection and could not move it either. No collections could be moved.

>> I restarted my PC. But before I did, I noticed a very odd small window on the desktop. It looked like a folder from the File Explorer. Just one folder in a little window by itself. I've never seen that before. It was like someone took a snip/clip of that folder from the File Explorer, then pasted the snip on to the desktop.
