Wrong citations

Zotero citations and references are totally wrong. If I add intext citation, it comes as the first few lines of the article and a few links and numbers. But the co I tried adding an image of the wrong citation here, but I am not able to paste it. As for referencing, the source which I am referencing appears correctly, but it appears with referencing for other sources in the Zotero library. I am not able to delete the unwanted referencing because they get selected together.

Copy/pasting images usually works, but you can also use Imgbb and paste the link.
