Upgrade StorageCannot Download New Version
Hi! Sorry if this question has been asked and answered, I just can't seem to find it in the discussions.
My Zotero application has not been updating automatically and is still version 6.0.37. I tried to update in the application itself and got an error message, and when I try to download from the website I get the following message every time:
"This site can’t provide a secure connection
download.zotero.org sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
I'm guessing this is some kind of problem with my system settings or something, but I'm a tired grad student and I honestly don't have time to learn how to troubleshoot this on my own. Does anyone know the quick solution?
FYI, I've cleared my cache, restarted my browser, etc.

dstillmanedited March 22, 2025What browser and browser version? You'd get that error with a very old browser or if some proxy server or security software is interfering.
