Yesterday, I chose to synchronize zotero using koofr, so that I can use my Windows laptop and my iPad.
But now I'm getting the HTTP 423 error message.
What should I do?

That's an HTTP 423 Locked error from your WebDAV provider. You'd have to ask them.
