Upgrade StorageStyle Error: MHRA 4th Edition author-date
The new 4th edition MHRA style places the date too far back, similar to where it is placed in the note with bibliography style instead of where it should be placed as detailed in section 8.4 of the MHRA 4th Edition style guide.

The date needs to be moved forward in order for it to truly be the author-date style.
