Citations no longer linked to Zotero

Guys, one big problem with Zotero for desktop (version 7.0.15, automatically installed today): since today all the references (new and old ones) inserted in my Word documents are no longer dynamic - once inserted they are no longer linked to Zotero, as if I had used "unlink citations". I have already downgraded to my last version 7.0.13 but nothing has worked again!

Any tips on how to solve this?
