Upgrade StorageMetadata Retrieval Not Working – Stuck at "0 Processing"

Hello,
I’m having trouble with Zotero’s metadata retrieval. When I try to retrieve metadata for documents, it shows "0 processing" and doesn’t progress, even after waiting for a long time.
I tested a document that previously synced successfully in another collection, but it didn’t work this time.
