Style request: JBI Evidence Synthesis

Hi! I'm hoping some is able to assist us with creating a style. JBI is an international non-profit evidence-based healthcare organisation at the University of Adelaide and JBI Evidence Synthesis is our society journal. We use a modified Vancouver style, and it's slightly different to all the other modified Vancouver and AMA styles currently available. Request details below:

• Finally, if possible, also provide a link to a freely available paper formatted with the style you're requesting. Published papers often help clarify formatting requirements not discussed in the style guide. For journals that aren't open access, you can often find a free sample issue, or you maybe be able to find a freely available PDF of a recent journal article via, e.g., Google Scholar.
