Upgrade StorageAccess to Zotero key

I am building a database with information from multiple items and would like to link the information captured with the corresponding item in Zotero, i.e. the source. Is there a way to know this key in the desktop app without downloading the CSV file?
(sorry if this is a repeated topic, I couldn't find anything in the forums)

adamsmithI think Zutilo (which is now Zotero 7 compatible) lets you copy a version of that (the Zotero item URI). Alternatively https://zoteromusings.wordpress.com/2013/04/23/zotero-item-uris-from-client/ still works.
