Upgrade StorageAdding a tag by drag and drop for a Select Area / Draw annotation in the Reader does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a Select Area annotation
2) Drag and drop the Select Area annotation to a tag at the bottom of the Annotations Pane
-> At first, nothing happens: the tag does not appear below the annotation
3) Click on the annotation
-> The tag appears
4) Click on the tag section of that annotation
-> The tag does not appear anymore
5) Close and reopen the PDF file in the Zotero Reader
-> The tag has disappeared from the annotation
