PDF Annotation Toolbar Disappears Randomly in Zotero

I’m experiencing an issue with Zotero’s built-in PDF reader where the annotation toolbar suddenly disappears while using it. The problem occurs on two different computers, both running the latest version of Zotero.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a PDF in Zotero’s built-in reader.
Start adding highlights or annotations.
At some point, the annotation toolbar suddenly disappears.
The toolbar does not reappear unless I close and reopen the PDF.
Sometimes, resizing the Zotero window helps, but the issue persists.

What I’ve Tried:
Pressing F8 (does not restore the toolbar).
Resizing the Zotero window (sometimes works temporarily).
Disabling all plugins (problem still occurs).
Checking for the latest Zotero update (I’m using the latest stable version).

System Information:
Zotero version: 7.0.13 (64-bit)
Operating system: Windows 11
Any plugins installed: Yes(Better Notes for Zotero, Jasminum, Translate for Zotero)

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
