Citation Style not taking

Hello,

I recently changed computers and now when I copy a citation it's giving me chicago style instead of APA7. I'm not using an edited style, just want to change to APA 7.

I don't see an option to save my settings.

Quick copy default styles are set under "Export" not in the Style Manager
