Upgrade Storagezotero web api private key not verifying in rstudio
Hi, I am having an issue with the api key - I work for an company with a group of people all using rstudio and want to sync with Zotero web. I follow the instructions here: https://rstudio.github.io/visual-markdown-editing/citations.html#zotero-web-api and everyone in the group except one person was able to get the api key to verify and see their zotero library. For the one that did fail we tried creating several new keys all with the same result that rstudio could never verify. This individual has zotero desktop client installed and sync works fine for a prior api key. Our laptops are all the same accessing rstudio server via edge browser. It is very confusing why the api key isn't working.
The issue sounds very similar but unfortunately had no advice from the Rstudio side
