Zotero syncs 0kb Files

I have a 6GB subscription account and in my account I have ~2GB of pdfs, but the Zotero app only syncs ~122MB to my hard drive. On top of that, of the few pdfs that “seem” to have synced, many of them show a sync error and when viewing the related file it is a 0kb pdf. do you know if there is a way to download all the pdfs that are supposed to be in the Zotero cloud?

  • We can't say much more than what it says there. Security software or something on the network is likely interfering with Zotero. If you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt, we might may be able to give you a pointer, but ultimately you'll need to figure out what on your end is interfering.
