Syle Request: The Accounting Review' (small changes to Chicago Manual of Style)

Dear all, could someone maybe help me by adopting some small changes to the Chicago Manual of Style (Author-date-format)? I would need a style sheet with the requirements specified below. I don't really have the time to start learning how to program it, as i have to hand in my masterpaper next monday, so your help would realle be appreciated! It is the reference style of 'The Accounting Review', and is - as they say themselves - based upon 'The Chicago Manual of Style'. Too bad it does not exactly follow this style sheet...

The style requirements', I have typed in capitals the requirements that are not met by the Chicago Manual of Style(Author-date-format):

1. Arrange citations in alphabetical order according to the SURNAME of the first author or the name of the institution or body responsible for the published work.

3. USE AUTHORS' INITIALS INSTEAD OF PROPER NAMES.

MOREOVER, I would like my references WITHIN THE TEXT to be changed (w.r.t. Chicago M o S) as follows:
1. reference to three authors with et al., e.g.: (Kachelmeier et al. 2008)
