zotero files isn't working

zotero isn't letting me save directly to files from source through the browser extension anymore, I have tried downloading the chrome extension again but this hasn't worked

    Could you provide more detailed steps to reproduce/understand the problem? Where are you saving to (URL)? And what do you mean by "directly to files"?
