Web client rendering PDFs in tiny frames, or not at all, in Chrome

Yesterday I noticed that the web client was failing to render PDFs using the space available in the window. It was rendering the paper in a tiny frame in the upper left corner, making the web client unusable. Some PDFs don't render at all.

MacOS Chrome: 134.0.6998.45 (Official Build) (arm64)
Chromebook: 133.0.6943.146 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround, or is it a regression that needs a fix?
