Why is this happening when I view a PDF?

The PDF is shrunk down into the top left corner. It wasn't like this yesterday. I've tried restarting my laptop and disconnecting my external monitor. It seems to be stuck like this.
  • Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer. If not, can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it? Are you getting it for all PDFs or just some?
  • I'm a bit confused by your instructions. This is from within Zotero.org, not the Zotero program. I do have the Zotero program running on my computer though.

There is no Help menu on Zotero.org, and there is no "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode" option within the Help menu in the Zotero program.

I've also not installed ANY plugins.

This has affected every PDF I've looked at.

OK, if it's about the web library, you need to say that, or we'll always assume you're talking about the Zotero app.

    What OS/browser/version is this?
  • Sorry.

This is Firefox version 136.0 (64-bit) running on Windows 11.
  • Thanks for reporting the issue. We've released a fix - if you reload the page, your PDF should appear correctly in the web library. Sorry about this!
