Style request: Lecture Notes in Informatics (LNI) from the Germany Computer Science Society

Hi,

could not find any suitable style as requested by the Germany Computer Science Society for the Lecture Notes in Informatics (LNI).

Example:

[AB00] Abel, K.; Bibel, U: Formatierungsrichtlinien für Tagungsbände. Format-Verlag, Bonn, 2000.
[ABC01] Abraham, N.; Bibel, U.; Corleone, P.: Formatting Contributions for LNI. In (Glück, H.I. Hrsg.): Proc. 7th Int. Conf. on Formatting of Workshop-Proceedings, New York 1999. Noah & Sons, San Francisco, 2001; S. 46-53.
[Az99] Azubi, L. et.al.: Die Fußnote in LNI-Bänden. In (Glück, H.I.; Gans, G., Hrsg.): Formattierung leicht gemacht – eine Einführung. Format-Verlag, Bonn, 1999; S. 135-162
[Ez99] Ezgarani, O.: The Magic Format – Your Way to Pretty Books, Noah & Sons, 2000.

Thank you very much for your help.

There is a discussion of this somewhere on the foroum, but Zotero cannot create abbreviations like [AB00] or [Az99]. The only way I can think of to add those at the moment is to use the extra field and write them in there in full.
  • Hi,
is there now a better solution to this problem, it would help me a lot?

    best regards
    Daniel
  • Hello.

I also hoped for a better solution.
Is there any news on this?

    Thank you
    Birte
  • Actually, the CSL file

    din-1505-2-alphanumeric.csl

    from

    https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles

seems pretty close and achieves exactly that. It might not be exactly what LNI expects, but implements alphanumeric tokens for inline citations based on the initial letters of author names.
