Error of syncing files with Jianguoyun.com

I changed the way of syncing files in zotero into WebDAV, then got done in Jianguoyun which supports WebDAV and synced over. Then I followed the same steps on my another laptop but it couldn't finish syncing. So this is the problem.

    That's a HTTP 503 Service Unavailable message from your WebDAV provider. They're also saying "Too many requests are received recently".
