Exporting Individual Library Into Group Library

Let me begin by stating that I'm almost completely computer illiterate. However, I've been trying to figure out how to use Zotero for the professor I'm research assistant for. I've successfully created my own library, and I've even figured out how to put items from my library into a group library. I do know that I have my sync preferences set as recommended by Zotero. However, I can't seem to figure out how to get my group libraries where others in my group can work with them. Since this is my professor's material, it doesn't do much good if she can't access it too. I've started Zotero groups, but never seem to get the library. Can anyone explain in simple, workman style English how to do this? Thanks!
