Is there a way to force a backup?

I recently had to reset my laptop and redownloaded Zotero and put in my old files from my backup (cloud storage) only to find out the sqlite files were from May 2024, so everything after that has been lost to the void. Is it possible in the future to have more regular backups?

    Not totally sure what you mean here. zotero.sqlite is the main database, and it's updated every time you open Zotero. If that has a date from May, this wasn't the data directory you were using or you didn't back it up more recently.

    And obviously if this is your own backup, we wouldn't have anything to do with when the files were backed up.
