Need help getting Z back doing the right thing

I had a computer crash several weeks ago, reinstalled the Zotero connector and extension. It is not performing as it was previously. I have gone into Extensions many times to figure out what is going on...stumped. My Zotero library is also picking up stuff I'm not asking it to pick up...see image. Last, the pinned extension icon on the nav bar is not the same as it was before, either...? see second image
