Zotero not working with Google Docs

I'm on Windows 10 and my version is 22H2 on a PC desktop. I have reinstalled the connector several times and tried updating my Zotero library. I think I have the extension set correctly to allow it to connect. The Zotero tools are visible in a Google Doc, but when I tried to add a citation it doesn't do anything. I am using the 7.0.11 (64-bit) update version, does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this issue?
