zotero unable to show Style Manager

I'm experiencing several problems with my Zotero integration in Microsoft Word:

Style Manager: I can no longer locate the Style Manager, which was previously accessible.

Magic Wand feature: The Magic Wand tool is not functioning as expected.
I'm unable to use ISBN or DOI to automatically retrieve citation information.

Word plugin: Despite being installed, the Zotero plugin for Word is not operational.
