Upgrade StorageStyle request: [Harvard AGPS] - as required by USQ

am looking for the style Harvard AGPS, as required by University of Southern Queensland (USQ) - see: http://www.usq.edu.au/library/help/referencing/harvard.htm .
It seems to be quite similar (if not the same ...??? - can anyone verify???) as [University of South Australia 2010].
