That would never happen in a normal Zotero installation. Do you have your Zotero data directory in a non-standard place, such as a cloud storage folder?

Are you saying EQW9V4AL has the file that you're looking for in your library? Because that item exists. You can go to My Library and paste EQW9V4AL into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see it.

2025年2月27日晚上把参考文献都整到库里，然后关机了，今早上打开没有昨天引用的那些。用设置换了存储位置又调了回来。存储位置里的sqlite文件和storage文件夹也都有，这是为什么？之前也出现过
