Upgrade Storagelost information - need help

I'm reaching out in the chance you can offer support. My computer completely crashed and zotero was installed on this laptop with all my research and references saved on this desktop application. ARe you aware of a method of recovering this? Any help is appreciated. I did not have it synced to the web version.

dstillmanIf you weren't syncing, your only option would be restoring from a backup you made of the Zotero data directory (or recovered files from the disk). It wouldn't be different from any other files on the computer.
