Extension for citation in google docs on the browser "arc".

When I try to citation in the browser Arc in google docs (Im using the extension for Chrome), with the command, cmd+control+c, it sometimes works perfectly, but often it bugs in Zotero and doesn't fully load. It usually works if I restart the Zotero app or refresh the google docs page, but I'd say that more than half the time it doesn't work. Anyone having similar problems, and any ideas how to fix it?
