Difficulties accessing group library for some group members
I have a group library set up in Zotero for members of my research lab. While some of the students are able to access the library and files within it, at least one member of the group is unable to see the recently added files. I've had them sync their Zotero several times, but the issue persists. Any assistance would be appreciated.

RAGE-LabIf that's the case, then why can other individuals in the library view the files? I can view them as well. If it were a file storage quota, I would think that no one would be able to add or view the files.

dstillmanedited yesterday at 7:49pmThey're confused or talking about different files. There's no mystery here. Just look at your storage settings page, which will show that you're at your quota. You and anyone in the group who adds files will also be getting a warning in the Zotero toolbar on every sync.

dstillmanAlso, just to be clear, it's an online quota. The quota never stops you from saving files to the Zotero app locally, so anyone would always be able to view files that they added on the device where they added them.
