Sudden loss of annotations buttons from the ribbon (Report id:1406013992)

After upgrading to Zotero version 7.0.13, sometimes I am experiencing a sudden loss of annotation buttons from the ribbon as well as pop ups. If I want to get back these tools again, I have to either restart the zotero or close the pdf and re-open it again.
