Web of Science and Zotero

Having issues uploading papers from Web of Science using the Zotero connector. Very slow and eventually the website crashes.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

If you want to import large amounts of WoS references in Zotero, export from WoS (I think it's Web of Science tagged, but not sure) and import in Zotero.

Beyond that, could you say what "the website crashes" means --that's not really something that Zotero would cause.
