iPad error unable to unzip snapshot. I want to download PDF on my iPad, which were synced on my laptop. However, I have been encountering an error message stating: Error: Unable to unzip snapshot.

    Hey @Amber_ZD, can you please start recording a debug log, try downloading the offending item, and then stop recording and post here the debug log ID? The one you sent just shows a successful sync, and not the issue you describe.
