Upgrade Storageerror report ID 1731483390 - connot open PDF document (windows application)
Zotero application on windows. I use several PCs with Zotero. I want to open a pdf document and get the message ID 1731483390. The PDF document cannot be found in location c:\users\[name]\zotero\storage\BD39ZKTB.
In this location that folder can be found but it is empty. However, in the WEBDAV (Koofr), where the library is stored, the BD39ZKTB folder can be found.
How can I make the PDF document appear in the windows application? Do I just have to copy the “Koofr BD39ZKTB" folder to “c:\users\....”?
Or is the use of different PCs the reason because on each of those PCs a local folder is created in c:\users\...etc.?

dstillmanRestart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer. If not, can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces this?
