That's from some plugin you're using, not from Zotero.

You should figure out which plugin that is and let us know — the developer should make it clear that this isn't from us.

No, reinstalling the app has no effect on settings or data. You can see the plugins you have installed in Tools → Plugins, and you can disable them all temporarily by restarting in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”).
