Help with first names

Hey, i need some help with my code. I would like the sources to start with "Taylor, S. (1994)..." instead of "Taylor (1994)...". Can someone tell me what I need to change in the code to make the first name appear abbreviated after the last name? Thanks for any help!

1. It's always easier for us to help if you share your code via a code-sharing tool like pastebin.com, NOT screenshots.
2. Assuming you mean the bibliography...
Currently you're calling the same author-short macro that you also use in-text.
Duplicate that macro, call it "author" and then remove the form="short" from it. Then change the call for it in "bibliography" also.
