Add item by identifier

Hi,
I'm trying to add the ISBNs 9788411072533 or 9788445010549 using the "magic wand" in the desktop app and it produce the result: Lookup failure. However, it works properly in the online tool.

    Those both work for me. If you add a bunch of ISBNs at once, or you're on a shared network where other people do, you can be temporarily blocked. There are no central databases of ISBNs the way there are for DOIs, and some metadata sources will block access based on geographic location or usage patterns.

    For these, you should still be able to browse to WorldCat's website and save from there using the Zotero Connector.
