unable to use Zotero on safari

I have installed Zotero and the extension and communicator to safari. When I go to an article that I want to add for bibliography, it tells me it is saving to the collection and then does not save it.

Can you provide a screenshot and a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?
