Issue Saving PDFs Across All Sites (Red X)
Hi! I'm having trouble getting PDFs to save when using the 'Save to Zotero' button on my browser. I'm getting a red X in the pop-up each time. I'm using safari and Zotero and my browser are both up to date, all other browser extensions are turned off and I'm not using a proxy server or any third party security software. The problem is occurring on all sites, not just Science Direct.

The translator for this site says 'ACS Publications' when I hover over the 'Save to Zotero' button.
I've read through every previous related help post I can find and checked all 14 steps of the troubleshooting page but am still stuck with a red x. This is my first time using Zotero so it's totally possible I missed something easy along the way.
If anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
