Zotero Connector not working

I'm trying to use the zotero connector extension on chrome but it won't do anything. The logo on the extensions window is not there. The extention on google docs isn't working either, when clicked the small little white rectangle on the image appears but nothing else. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension but it doesn't change anything. I've also tried deactivating my other extensions and still nothing. I don't know what the problem could be

I tried all the suggestions and nothing changes. Even on another account the connector won't save any documents or pages and the zotero emnu on google docs won't appear

Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading Google Docs?

nothing appears when clicking on advanced or general settings

If you open developer tools in Zotero Connector preferences page, (Ctrl-Shift-i or Cmd-Option-i on a Mac) and switch to the Console tab, are there any errors? Could you copy them and post them here?
