Sorry for the mix of languages, that wasn't intentional.

1 I go to the Zotero tab.
    2 I refresh.

Everything still works fine and looks great.

    3 I add a new NOTE.
    4 Everything still works.
5 Now the yellow bar loads very briefly (3 seconds).
6 It deletes all sources that were previously in the document. However, the cited text remains, only the in-text citations (the text in parentheses) disappear.
7 So, it always deletes everything above. This issue does not occur in another document, but in this one, I have already formatted everything, etc.

    Thanks for your help!

i could recreate the problem, and show it to you in a video, if you want to.
  • The problem also occurs when I copy and paste my content into a completely new Word document.

The same thing happens: Zotero deletes every source above my new source.
  • Could you follow the final step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents and isolate a small snippet where this occurs? Then produce a Debug ID for an insertion into that small snippet which causes things to break and send it to support@zotero.org? Also include the full Word version number that you are running (e.g. 16.78).

it´s not possible to take a small part of the doc, because the problem only occurs in a longer text. But i can send you a short video if you want?

A workaround is to add a new note in a new doxcs and then copy paste to my main doc.

    Thank you
  • Based from the debug log you have submitted I see that your document has a bunch of Zotero citations that are corrupted, which is why Zotero removes them. If you insert a regular citation into this document, instead of a note, do you see the same behavior? What about if you use Refresh in the document? If you don't, we'd need to see the document, or a snippet of the document where this behavior occurs to troubleshoot.
  • No, it only occurs when I add a new note. Refreshing doesn’t solve my problem. Is it possible to repair the citations if I give you the document?
  • If it's an issue in your document then probably not. If it is a bug in Zotero then we will definitely fix it. We will of course only use your document for troubleshooting the issue. Ideally you would isolate a small part of the document where the issue can be reproduced as that's likely possible, but if you cannot reproduce it in smaller portions of the document then you can send the whole thing in to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.

i send you a Email ... Thank you & very good support:)
  • We've released a fix on Zotero Beta. Could you install that and see if you can still see the issue? Your Zotero library data will not be affected.
  • Yeah, great! At first sight, it works perfectly.

Thank you for your quick and excellent support. Wishing you a nice day!
