Paid for 2GB storage - account is immediately expired
I paid for the 2GB storage upgrade today. While syncing, I had some problems and now it states that my plan has expired 18th Feb 2025 - even though I paid today so it should have lasted a year, until Feb 2026.
I clicked "turn off automatic renewal" but that shouldn't have made the subscription expire.
You can see the expired subscription but also the proof that the account was paid for today. Now I can't access any of my files.

We've had one other report of this happening and are working on tracking down the issue. It has to do with trying to make another purchase that does not succeed.
