File Sync
From the website I did "purge storage in my library" in storage.
Now in the web library I have all the elements, but although the pdf icon appears, if I click it it does not open, it only opens in the desktop version of the PC where they are saved.
After this, I removed the username and password and synchronized again, but it remains the same and the pdfs do not open on the web.

dstillmanWhy? If the PDFs exist locally, you can use Reset File Sync History from Sync → Reset section of the Zotero settings to force the files to be reuploaded.
