Report ID 643586713: Zotero fails to sync files?

When I log in to my library, I can see all (well, probably all) of my books there, but whenever I try to sync from my computer, I get an error message, and my storage use is 0%. Does this mean my books and websites are not a part of the storage, or that files are somehow blocked? My Firefox has also otherwise been behaving weirdly, I have tried to un- and re-install it several times, with no result, even if all plugins and add-ons have been disabled.

    Books, websites, articles, etc. are all items in your Zotero database, and go through data sync. Attachments like PDFs, snapshots, etc. are separate files that go through file sync. There are separate settings for these in your Zotero preferences.
