Buton "add/edit bibliography" doesn't work in Word

Does anyone know why it might happen? It looks to me the interface has also changes from a couple months ago. It's just not working... any help? Thanks.

Does add/edit citation still work? Can you add a bibliography in a new document? Which citation style is selected in the Document Preferences?

It worked now... maybe because of reinstalling.
