"Bericht aus Sammlung erstellen" umfasst nur 4 Titel der Sammlung, die insgesamt 132 Titel umfasst.
“Create report from collection” includes only 4 titles of the collection, which includes a total of 132 titles.

Ist das Problem gelöst worden? Bei mir habe ich den gleichen Effekt "Bericht aus Sammlung" ist unvollständig.

Has the problem been resolved? I'm experiencing the same issue: “Report from Collection” is incomplete.

Do you have "Show Items from Subcollections" active? If so, from my test, only the items in the parent collection will be exported.

In the above screenshot, only "Title 2" and "Title 1" are in the "Test Report" collection. All others are in the "Subcollection" subcollection. And the generated report of "Test Report" only contains "Title 2" and "Title 1".

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem.
It looks like the report stops after a certain entry (always the same one) before it's finished.
I suspect there might be a numerical limit? On the other hand, I remember that it was working fine not too long ago.
I'll keep tinkering with it.

Just tried with a collection of 200 items, and the generated report from this collection has 200 items. Are you sure that in your collection all items are present and "Show Items from Subcollections" is not active?

Yes, I'm sure to show subcollections... Switch it on and off shows no effect.

The report is also in alphabetical order and stop after a certain number of entries. Short collections are fine.

I'm running zotero 9.0.1. on a MacBookPro (M1) with macOS-Tahoe 26.3.1. - which system you are using?

Zotero 9.01 on Tahoe 26.4.1 and on Ubuntu 22.04.5. Order follows the one defined in the main window. Have you tried in troubleshooting mode? A plugin might interfere.
