why publications in my library looks faded and how can i recovre them

MY collection was full of publications which were accessible on zotero. Now almost all of them looks faded, I cannot open them. Zotero said I need to purchase space to store them, I did but I still cannot open them in zotero. I have notes and marks on my files. How can i access them?
