Moving items from Shared to Personal Library

Hello,

I wish to move my items from a Shared to a Personal Library. Some of them have attachements stored on the Zotero server which get downloaded if I click on them on the in the Shared library. If I copy an item to the Personal Library and then I click to open the pdf the program does not download. Is there a way to fix this? TY
